Why get in touch with your intuition? Good question. Getting in touch with your intuition means you are living your life with purpose, you are accepting of yourself, you are standing up for yourself, and you are understanding the world for what it really is.

Getting in touch with your intuition could also be referred to as “increasing your vibrations” but I wanted to stay away from highfalutin language that may keep people away.

Many of the tasks are compatible with Christianity, but some of them are not. I am not attempting to send you to hell, only trying to help you realize what life really is.

The tasks start off easy and fundamental, then work up.

Don’t do drugs. It seems to go without saying, but you can’t reach the next level if you flesh body is craving a substance. This could apply to painkillers or cocaine. If you have strong cravings or addictions please seek help.

Be comfortable with your sexuality. It doesn’t matter if you’re straight, gay, or bi – be comfortable with it.

Get over shyness. I hate shy people with a passion. “Shy” basically means, “I’m too afraid to be myself.” Get over it and fast.

Eat a diet high in protein. Your brain will thank you. Basically you can imagine eating carbohydrates, sugars, etc. as putting a stick on a fire, and imagine eating protein as placing a log on the fire. The fire will burn much longer with protein on there.

Lose clocks and mirrors in your home. Removing or masking mirrors is a simple task that will help you live your life without constantly being concerned with how you look. It will allow you to live free. Losing clocks gives you the ability to live your life as you see fit – and not at the behest of the clock. For example, if you want to go for a walk but it’s late at night, you might stay in.

Be careful which TV programs or newspapers you – you become what you consume

Study your body, especially scars. Try to visualize how you received the scars. This is your body. It is your flesh bag until you die. It will be nice to acquaint yourself with it.

Remember your childhood with vivid detail. Try to remember it as much as possible. Bonus points if you write in a journal.

Practice saying, “It’ll be OK”. This will allow you to stroll through conflict when it hits because you’ve already primed yourself with a positive phrase.

Notice how your body’s scent changes over time. You do not need to take notes on this, but keep it in the back of your mind and notice when it happens. When this happens you might enjoy different types of food, like a different kind of laundry detergent, or prefer a different type of music. For me, a big one was fabric softener. I now use allergenic fabric softener and soap because the regular stuff started giving me rashes. I used it for years, now I couldn’t use it.

Realize commercials have a target audience. This will take some practice, but realize that every commercial/ad/banner/etc. has a target audience. This will help you realize the world is fake.

Enjoy food to the fullest extent. It is nourishing, replenishing, and filling up your body. Don’t just eat blindly.

Realize there’s no one out there for you. Ideally you would be alone for this – but not possible for everyone. Learn to rely on yourself.

Realize that everyone you ever come in contact is there for a reason. It doesn’t mean everyone you meet will be your best friend.

Understand the nature of time as it applies to your body, and then how it applies outside your body.

Practice optical illusions, brain teasers, etc. to get used to the idea that “your body will lie to you”

Spend more time in nature.

Be mindful of your thoughts. Be careful not to stress out, get worried, or spend too much time on one thing.

Learn to take charge of your life. Aside from the issues you can’t control – you have control over everything in your life.

Realize the world is different when you are not there. When you leave your apartment, it ceases to exist in the way you think it does. If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is there to hear it – the tree makes a sound, but not the sound you’d expect. Conscious observers create reality. You have no choice in the matter.

Notice when enough is enough. Whether it’s cigarettes, alcohol, food, work, or some other activity.

Cook with raw ingredients. Stay away from packaged meals. This will of course mean that your meals become more difficult but you’ll thank me.

Learn to say, “no.” Be confident and stand up for yourself. Do not let others push you around.

Realize that you will be reincarnated. This is not your last life. You exist outside this dimension.

Realize that time outside this dimension does not have a before or after, it only is. An experience happens in the blink of an eye. Don’t believe me? Sit on your death bed remembering your life and what has happened to you. You can do it all in the blink of an eye.

+Learn that all of creation is God. God is everything. When you think about the sheer size of God, you might flip out like I do. I can’t go to the beach.

+Give up all belief in preconceived notions of God. All religions are false. God is all of creation. God is not a singular figure.

+Notice that God talks to you through other people.

+Live your life with purpose, but don’t forget to take naps.

+Pay attention to your breath. The breath is all we have, really.

+Food – follow your gut to determine where you should eat

+Imagine yourself in a jail, or remember when you were in jail. Pretend what life would be like. Put yourself behind bars. When you go to sleep/take a nap visualize yourself in the jail cell. It will help you appreciate what you have.

+Learn to love yourself. Be able to forgive yourself for past transgressions.

+Stop smoking cigarettes if you smoke. If you wish to continue to smoke – smoke with purpose. I used to smoke 2 packs a day. Now I smoke about 5 Black and Milds a day. I smoke half a cigar at a time. I smoke with purpose.

+Be proactive in changing your environment to meet your expectations and needs. The key word here is “proactive.” Do not idly sit by and watch your life. If you drive home every day but there’s always an accident on a particular road – change routes. If you like soothing tones on your phone’s alarms – change them, don’t use the default beeps.

+Learn to address items in your life as: I can change this vs. I can’t change this. Learn to not get stressed out over things you can’t change.

+Learn to not be afraid of the world around you, or what people think of you. Don’t be ignorant of other people’s opinions, but don’t cling to their ideals as your own.

+Go out of your way to show compassion for people in your life.

++Before – middle- after time meditation

+Journal. This isn’t that hard, but it’s hard to keep up the habit if you’re not used to it. Journal daily. Journal often.

+Meditate on your day, talk with a loved one about your day, then write about your day in a journal. By talking to a loved one you will help jog your memory and come up with things to write about.

+++Realize the world around you is fake. This is perhaps the most difficult thing to do – since all you’ve ever known is this dimension. You must realize there are dimensions beyond this one.

It should take you several years to accomplish all these tasks.
